1. Eligibility & accounts

Accounts are issued by your administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for lawful clinical documentation. Do not attempt to breach security, access data you are not authorised to, or misuse patient information.

3. Clinical responsibility

VAANI is a documentation tool. Transcription may contain errors; the signing clinician is responsible for reviewing and verifying every record before signing.

4. Availability & disclaimers

State your service-level expectations and disclaimers here. The software is provided without warranties except those required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

Define the limits of liability appropriate to your jurisdiction and reviewed by counsel.
